Texas Built Food Trailers—Return & Refund Policy

All trailers will be inspected by Texas Built Food Trailers, Inc. and the customer. Upon satisfactory inspection, the customer will assume all responsibility for any damage that may occur once the customer takes possession of the trailer.

Texas Built Food Trailers, Inc. is released of all ownership and liability associated with the trailer. All sales are final, and there is no return and no refund on the trailer. The customer understands that the trailer is under factory warranty, and Texas Built Food Trailers, Inc. is not responsible for manufacturing defects and/or damages that may or may not occur due to manufacturer defects.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All fees and policies are subject to change at Texas Built Food Trailers’ discretion.
