We understand that purchasing a food trailer is a significant investment. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business and the customization options we offer, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on trailers once they have been delivered or picked up.

Our Warranty and Satisfaction Policy At Texas Built Food Trailers all of our trailers include a manufacturer’s warranty. You will be given a warranty card to register your warranty when you pick up your trailer. All cooking equipment and refrigeration also come with a manufaturers warranty which will be given to you when you pick up your trailer.

Our Commitment to You While we do not offer a return policy, your satisfaction remains our top priority. Should you encounter any issues covered by your manufacturer’s warranty, our team will personally assist you in navigating the claim process to ensure you receive the necessary repairs or replacements promptly.
